Aartan Group Pty Ltd ("LendScope", "we") respects your privacy and complies with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
1. What we collect
When you create an account we collect your name, email, brokerage name, ACL/credit-rep number, and phone. When you build a scenario, the inputs you type are stored against your account so you can retrieve them later.
We do not collect or store your clients' personal information unless you choose to enter it into a scenario. Scenario inputs are treated as your data, not your clients'.
2. Why we collect it
- To authenticate you and keep your scenarios separate from other users.
- To send you operational emails (password resets, downtime notices).
- To improve the product — aggregated, de-identified usage stats only.
3. Who we share it with
Our infrastructure providers — Supabase (database & auth) and a CDN provider — process this data on our behalf. They do not have rights to use it for any other purpose. We do not sell your data to lenders, aggregators, or anyone else.
4. Where it's stored
Database hosting is in Sydney, Australia (ap-southeast-2). Backups are encrypted and stored in the same region.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time from Settings → Account. To request a full export or full deletion, email privacy@lendscope.com.au.
